We are pleased to inform you that on Thursday, April 12 we inaugurated our operating base in Vista Alegre, Neuquén, and we took advantage of that opportunity to celebrate our 25-year experience in the oil industry.
During the event we, together with our customers and friends, looked around the plant, enjoyed a welcome cocktail and toasted ISI Oilfield Chemicals’s new growth and consolidation path.
The operating base has all the facilities to develop and run the company activities normally. Among such comfortable facilities there stands out the new 60 m2 laboratory which is equipped to manufacture from cement slurries to stimulation fluids. Moreover, there is suitable equipment to carry out control and quality process activities.
Besides, a tank area has been set to receive and dispatch bulk products; therefore, not only timing is improved but also additive stock is increased in Neuquén plant. The capacity of the tank area is about 250,000 liters divided into tanks ranging from 60,000 to 20,000 liters.
To start with this process of transporting chemicals in bulk, there are 30,000-liter tanks distributed in 3 smaller containers of 10,000 liters each. Apart from that, we have another special container that will supply the tank area since it will be used to transport products from our plant in Buenos Aires.
The operating base has also warehouses with a large storage capacity, administrative offices and a dinning and relaxation area that accommodates up to 80 people.
