Quality, Health, Safety and Environment
We are driven by a commitment to continuous improvement in processes. Thus, we operate under the standards of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, since all of them encompass quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety.
Environment care and preservation as well as our staff’s health are the guidelines to shape and consider the QHSE Policy as the supporting pillar of our business philosophy.
Policy on Quality, Health, Safety and Environment
ISI’s senior management leads and encourages several strategic actions aimed to our customers and business risk assessment.
To reach such aim ISI formulates the following principles:
- Have high performance level when it is necessary to offer solutions to our clients. Same is reached by constantly improving all ISI’s processes.
- Manage ISI’s processes by controlling health risks and maximizing staff’s safety.
- Plan ISI’s actions without damaging the environment and by fostering rational and responsible use of natural resources to preserve the environment.
- Foster efficient communication with clients to integrate working groups to carry out joint developments.
- Share the above Policy with ISI’s employees, contractors, clients and other third parties and make sure that said policy is understood and implemented at any company structure level.
- Keep the Policy up-to-date and make sure that ISI has the necessary tools and resources to comply with it.
State internal and external matter that are related to the company. - Understand risks, opportunities, and actions to address them.
- Comply with any regulation or law in full force and effect.
- Avoid contamination by controlling the important environmental issues arising from our business activities. Same is reached by being committed to protecting the environment.
- Measure and assess ISI clients’ satisfaction to carry out different actions to increase such satisfaction level.
- Maintain a high level of performance when products and services are offered to customers. Such aim is reached by improving continuously all company’s processes.
- Improve continuously our environment management system to enhance company’s environment performance.
- Empower employees to stop any work activity if there are unsafe conditions or actions.
- Train our staff in matters related to quality, safety and environment so as to reach high level of awareness and commitment.
- Consult and involve employees in decision-making regarding Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
- Eliminate danger and minimize risks that may affect OHS.
