We design, develop, manufacture, and market chemical products for the cementing, stimulation, drilling, and production of oil and gas wells. Additionally, we provide specialized chemical solutions for the mining sector, expanding our offerings beyond the oil industry.

Our activities are carried out under the standards of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, which cover quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety.

We have a central base located in the Industrial and Technological Park of Florencio Varela, Buenos Aires, where we concentrate administrative and operational activities, process plant, and main laboratory. We also have operational bases in the province of Neuquén and Comodoro Rivadavia, Argentina. From these locations, we provide technical assistance to clients as well as logistical support and product delivery to various fields.

We are backed by over 30 years of solid experience in the industry and a strong presence in Argentina as well as other Latin American countries: Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Venezuela, and Brazil, where we export our products and tailored engineering services.

Our goal is to meet the needs and high demands of the market with the latest technologies in design, product development, and reliable and modern manufacturing processes. Additionally, we maintain a continuous inventory of products and a logistics response inspired by the Just in Time concept, making us a strategic ally for the success of operations.

February 1996
Opening of an office in Argentine capital city and the first 300 m2 warehouse in Florencio Varela city.
2000-2001
Acquisition of 3 plots of land in Florencio Varela (Senzabello) to build offices, a warehouse, a plant, and a laboratory.
April 2005
Purchase of the 5th plot of land, including two adjacent lots, and a 2nd facility expansion that increased the warehouse capacity by 900 m2.
October 2011
Landing a YPF bid, leading to significant staff increase from 26 to 56 as well as to the rental of outsourced warehouses.
July 2014
Purchase of 2.2 hectares in Parque Industrial y Tecnológico de Florencio Varela "PITEC" (a Technological Business Park in Florencio Varela, and construction of a 3,600 m2 warehouse.
August 2015
Acquisition of the operational base in Vista Alegre (Neuquén) and conditioning tasks.
October 2019
Starting the construction of the chemical plant in PITEC.
February 2021
PITEC project advancement, including the construction of offices, a laboratory, a multipurpose room, and other auxiliary facilities such as maintenance and changing rooms.
