Forge business bonds with Y-TEC

Y-TEC visited ISI to carry out new research projects on how to manufacture technological and engineering products as well as to achieve local production with the highest quality in the market.

On Friday 21st October, we welcomed Engineer Marcela Mucci and Doctor Walter Morris, who is member of the Y-TEC, a tech company set up by YPF and CONICET (Argentine Scientific and Technical Research Board). Said company offers technological solutions for the energy industry, specially gas-oil and renewable energy sectors.

The aim of their visit was to look around ISI Oilfield Chemicals‘ facilities and mainly to know our lab support equipment and staff so as to strenghten business bonds in the near future. Y-TEC is building an investigation and research complex which is over 13,000 m2 and is situated in Berisso city. Our common objective will be to carry out research projects to manufacture chemical products for Stimulation, Cementation and Production as well as to make Drilling Muds.

Undoubtedly, this strategic alliance will complement each company’s knowledge and experience. As a result, greater synergy and outstanding short-term results will be achieved. By developing such project, it is expected to manufacture technological and engineering products as well as to achieve local production with the highest quality standard in the market.
