As we anticipated months ago, we continue to deepen our relationship with Y-TEC, the technology company created by YPF and CONICET, which aims to provide technological solutions for the energy sector.
We signed and executed a confidentiality agreement to address an ambitious project as a whole: the development of products related to technology, engineering and systems. The agreement lies out, among other topics and issues, the product lines to be developed, which include products and systems for fracking, cementation and drilling muds. Mr. Santiago Sacerdote, Y-TEC General Manager, and Juan José Mitidiero, ISI Oilfield Chemicals Institutional Relationship Manager, executed the agreement in our offices.
We are convinced that this strategic alliance with Y-TEC will allow us to develop a wide range of high tech and quality products.
