In mid-July ISI Oilfield Chemicals hosted Economy Polymers most important leaders so as to adjust and work on the launch of ELIMS services (Economy Liquid Inventory Management System).
During their visit several presentations were carried out in some of the most important service companies in the region. Apart from the activities done in Buenos Aires City, we travelled to Neuquén to introduce such service to the companies located in Alto Valle.
Then we moved to our new location in Vista Alegre where Economy Polymers’ staff corroborated that our strategic location enables us to deliver the products in the operational field (ELIMS) in a very efficient way. Such plant has also great potencial to be an Operational Base and a Blending Plant for stimulation and cementing products.
ELIMS: innovation and resources optimization
The delivery service of the products in the field results in a considerable reduction in costs due to its operative efficiency. Once the service is rendered, clients will not longer be worried about their inventory, spillage and waste of liquid products, cost of disposing tote bins, drums, etc. They will always know the quantity of product being used by checking that information from any device connected to the internet. Therefore, a ticket stating all the chemical products used can be obtained at the end of each operation or manufacturing process.
This is an accurate and valid way of evaluating the operative logistics process of products such as gelling agents, crosslinkers, surfactants and breakers, among others in the field. This has been the way of working for a long time so far in Texas’ unconventional resources fields.
