Together with Fundación Garrahan in Recycling Program

ISI is collaborating with Fundación Garrahan’s (a foundation) Recycling and Environment Program.

To be aligned with our policies to protect and preserve the environment, we have participated in Fundación Garrahan’s recycling program by donating 720kg of white paper sheets that were collected and classified by ISI’s staff.

This foundation recycles the donated material and turns it into paper napkins, kitchen rolls and toilet paper, which generates a positive impact on the environment since it contributes to the reduction of deforestation.

This recycling program started in 1999 and became an important activity of Fundación Garrahan.
The program started by recycling paper, and it has also recycled plastic caps, bronze keys and soda cans since then. Moreover, they carry out campaigns for other materials such as X-ray plates, cables, CDs and DVDs, etc.

The proceeds are allocated to the operation and support of Casa Garrahan, as well as to support the comprehensive development of Hospital Garrahan (a hospital): purchase and repair of highly complex equipment, acquisition of equipment and supplies, etc.

At ISI we believe that it is very important to become aware of the need to be responsible consumers as well as to reduce, reuse and recycle waste to decrease the volume of garbage generated.

That is why we are proud to participate in this initiative and invite our clients and collaborators to join us.

Likewise, we will continue reinforcing our commitment to this type of initiatives and actions to protect and help the environment and support other social values that are pillars of our business philosophy.
