Over the past month, we have welcomed three major clients to our new facilities at Parque Industrial y Tecnológico de Florencio Varela (PITEC) (a business industrial park in Florencio Varela city, Argentina) , where they carried out external audits.
Not only was the aim of such audits to assess processes across various sectors of the company but also to focus on product traceability, equipment/instrument calibrations, manufacturing processes, raw material input, quality controls, and so on.
For ISI Oilfield Chemicals, it’s crucial that our clients can familiarize themselves with our facilities, get to know and engage with our staff.
The results and feedback of said visit were highly positive since auditors highlighted the company’s commitment to implementing the ISO 9001 – 14001 – 45001 triple standard, as well as the cleanliness and organization of the chemical plant and storage areas.
Said kinds of processes contribute to continuous improvement as we can consistently uncover minor deviations to work on.
Moreover, we are investing in our staff’s training. Recently, some members of our new QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) team attended courses on audit management and current regulations at IRAM (Argentine Institute of Standardization and Certification) and IAPG (Argentine Institute of Oil and Gas). Such trainings bolster our understanding of industry best practices and enable us to keep up to date with the latest standards and regulations.
