In order to improve production processes and get excellent quality products for our customers, we have invested in new equipment for laboratories. Thus, we have bought equipment to increase our capacity to meet the needs of the market and increase the number of tests that can be done simultaneously. Some of the new machines are an atmospheric consistometer and two electronic viscometers manufactured by OFITE (800 and 900 models).
Regarding cementing equipment, we have also decided to purchase a Gas Migration Tester – a gas migration analyzer – which is of great importance for our work and allows us to measure, under the actual conditions of pressure and temperature of the well, cement slurries susceptibility when there is gas steam invasion or percolation. Thanks to this new piece of equipment we will be able to design a customized slurry by using our most suitable additives in the correct concentration.
