As it had been announced some weeks ago, on Thrusday September 22nd we delivered a technical lecture about “Systems and Chemical Additives for Flowback Water” during the Exhibition called “Expo Oil & Gas Patagonia 2016″.

The event organized by Instituto Argentino del Petróleo y del Gas (an Argentine entity that deals with gas and oil matters) held in Duam center in Neuquén city was the framework for our first lecture in the Seminars on Fracturing Water and Perforation Muds. Although we had already participated in previous seminars, this was the first time we participated as lecturers. ISI Oilfield Chemicals paper was innovative since it was the only of its kind that dealt with 100% recycling of flowback water.

Not only did we share the agenda with manufacturers and large multinational companies but also with governmental entities. Therefore, last lecture was delivered by the Subsecretaría de Recursos Hídricos de la Provincia de Neuquén (Neuquén Province’s Sub-Secretariat for Water Resources Management).

We would like to thank the attendance of every person that joined us during our lecture and to express our gratitude to ISI’s technical staff that was in charge of such presentation.
