At ISI Oilfield Chemicals, we are proud to celebrate our 30th anniversary as a leading company in the manufacturing of chemical products for the oil and gas industry. We would like to relive the milestones of our history, which symbolize the outcome of constant effort and an unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation.
Over three decades, we have achieved significant growth and made a positive impact on the oil industry.
- In December 1993, the project that would give life to ISI S.R.L was born, reflecting the founders’ dream of providing high-quality products to the oil industry.
- In October 1994, almost a year later, we began manufacturing the first products in a small facility in Florencio Varela, Buenos Aires. It marked the beginning of our journey in the industry.
- Between 2000 and 2005, as a result of our effort and dedication, we acquired lands, built offices, warehouses, and expanded our production capacity. Each step represented a significant advancement in our ability to serve and render services to our customers.
- In 2011, we experienced exponential growth by being successful in a tender to supply YPF. This led to an increase in employees from 26 to 56, which resulted in the expansion of our facilities to meet the growing demand.
- In 2014, we acquired plots in Parque Industrial y Tecnológico de Florencio Varela (PITEC) (Florencio Varela Industrial and Technological Park (PITEC)) and built our central base, allowing us to further commit to innovation and efficiency. The following year, we expanded to Neuquén by purchasing land in Vista Alegre and built a complementary building to strengthen our presence in such a strategic region.
- Despite the challenges and issues posed by the pandemic in 2019 and 2020, we persevered in our operations and continued our commitment to serving our customers. After those challenging years for everyone, we began constructing new facilities, including two production warehouses, a maintenance building, and a raw materials warehouse. Consequently, we have increased our operational capacity.
- As we reached 2022, we acquired land in Comodoro Rivadavia, Chubut to continue with our main expansion goal. Such acquisition was a step forward to set up our operational base in that region.
As we conclude this journey, we deeply thank all ISI’s partners and employees for their constant support, including those who are no longer part of our company but left their legacy.
We would also like to convey our gratitude to our customers for trusting the company and choosing us every day.
We will continue working tirelessly to offer a wide range of high-quality chemical solutions to different markets, both domestically and regionally. We look forward to what the future holds.
