In the months of April and May we developed an internal training program full of essential topics for communication management and teamwork, leadership, management and management by objectives.
The training courses were delivered by professionals specialized in the above topics which were very useful to consolidate work techniques in high performance teams, to delve into the best practices of negotiation and resolution of interpersonal conflicts and to understand the importance of aligning the personal objectives with the general objectives of the company.
