A few days ago we were in Houston to participate in the 50th Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) which is undoubtedly one of the most important fairs in the oil industry. In such conference energy professionals met to exchange ideas and opinions to promote scientific and technical knowledge about environment resources.
The event took place in NRG Center, a large complex that hosted 2000 exhibitors who represented more than 40 countries. There were 23 international pavilions in almost 50,000² covered and outdoor surface. During the OTC, more than 350 technical conferences and thousands of business meetings were held before and after the event. We were in the Argentine pavilion accompanied by GAPP´s staff and other businessmen from our country who attended the conference. We shared knowledge and discussed our views regarding Oil & Gas Industry innovations. We also got the opportunity to visit the stands of clients such as Weatherford, Baker Hughes, Schlumberger and Halliburton among others.
Strategic allies
During the days we were in Houston we visited strategic suppliers, to keep reinforcing commercial ties in order to continue offering the best products in the Argentine market. Furthermore, we were also invited to Ofite’s Open House event where we looked around their facilities and saw the new equipment they are working with.
