We have forged a new alliance with Alpha Energy Services in Peru to be aligned with our growth plan in the region. The aim is to take advantage of both companies’ synergy to boost our business activities in such country.
Alpha Energy Services is a provider of tools and services for the oil and gas industry. It has great expertise in consulting and developing projects for the hydrocarbon industry. The company has headquarters in Peru, but it is also active in Argentina, Bolivia and it will be in Ecuador soon.
In the medium term, we strongly believe that we will be able to develop a business plan like the one we have in Argentina by using Alpha Energy Services’ knowledge of the needs and particularities of the Peruvian market. Besides, the aim is to maintain local stock of high-turnover products so that delivery times are reduced, and our clients do not need to overstock said goods.
This new kind of agency agreement allows us to improve support, agility in operations and response time for our current clients, as well as to spread our business in LATAM.
