We participated in Expo AOG 2024. Learn about our performance at the most important event in the sector.
ISI Oilfield Chemicals en la Expo AOG Patagonia 2024

For the second consecutive year, ISI Oilfield Chemicals had its own stand at Argentina Oil & Gas Expo. The event took place from October 23 to 25 in Neuquén and provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen our position in the hydrocarbons sector.

At our booth, located in Hall 2, Stand 2F-46, we showcased our latest innovations and strengthened ties with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.

One of the major highlights of our stand was our specialized laboratory staff and key equipment for live demonstrations of our products. Among the equipment that garnered the most interest was our “Friction Flow Loop” which allows us to measure the effectiveness of our high-viscosity friction reducers. Same is essential in today’s fracturing operations in Vaca Muerta.

This year, AOG Patagonia 2024 brought together 335 exhibiting companies that presented their technologies and innovations to over 17,000 visitors. Unquestionably, it was the perfect business scenario for the entire oil and gas industry.

AOG Patagonia 2024 highlights

All technical talks were one of the standout features of the event, covering crucial topics such as automation, predictive maintenance, and operational safety strategies. These exchange opportunities allowed us to learn firsthand about the most advanced solutions that are shaping the industry future.

ISI was well represented by the Commercial Manager, Ing. Marcelo Robiano, and the Product Leader, Lic. Eugenio Otero, who delivered a presentation titled “Production Increase and Water Control through the Use of Nanofluids.” It was an honor to share our research with other industry professionals.

In the current context of energy transition, it was encouraging to see how Expo AOG Patagonia addressed the role of renewable energy and sustainability in the sector. Examples of solutions for incorporating renewable sources and more efficient systems were presented. Additionally, there were discussions on growth projections driven by the demand for liquefied natural gas (LNG) and the business opportunities emerging in the short and medium term.

We thank everyone who visited us and shared these days of learning and new connections. We will keep focusing on innovation and continuous improvement. We strongly believe that events like Expo AOG Patagonia are fundamental for industry growth and regional development.
