For the third consecutive year, ISI Oilfield Chemicals participated in Argentina Oil & Gas Expo (AOG) 2025, reaffirming our commitment to the development of the energy industry in the country and the region.
The event, organized by the Argentine Institute of Oil and Gas (IAPG) together with Messe Frankfurt Argentina, took place from September 8 to 11 at La Rural Exhibition Center in Buenos Aires.
At our stand, located in Hall 3, 3F-21, we offered live demonstrations of tests applied to hydraulic fracturing in Vaca Muerta, including rheometer and friction loop testing, along with technical talks on the importance of these technologies in optimizing operations.

A record-breaking turnout marked this year’s event: more than 30,000 visitors and 540 exhibitors gathered over four days of exchange, innovation, and business opportunities for the entire value chain.
Conference presentation
In addition to our booth participation, we had the honor of presenting at the open auditorium alongside our partner Tenex (USA).
We delivered the conference “Nanoparticles to Optimize Fracturing and Production in Shale Reservoirs”, where we showcased two innovative solutions:
- Microhold, a micro-proppant that reduces the likelihood of premature sand production and improves productivity.
- Nanoclear, a nano-surfactant that alters wettability over the long term, enhancing hydrocarbon recovery.
