Let us introduce you to Eugenio Otero who is now part of the R&D team. He holds a Degree in Chemical Sciences and has wide experience in the development of chemicals and technical assistance for different divisions such as automotive fluids, surface treatment and Oil & Gas products, industrial lubricants and car care goods.
The role of the new professional is to be the Product Development Leader who, together with the lab staff, will focus on encouraging the research and development of new products to meet our customers’ needs in a constantly changing market.
At ISI Oilfield Chemicals we believe that “Eugenio adds the experience of a great professional to the company. His background and knowledge will help us to grow and expand with new products and projects to improve the service rendered to our current customers as well as to increase our competitiveness in the regional market.”
Otero mentioned the challenge posed by this new change and argued, “I found really interesting the fact that ISI incorporates new business units into its activities in such a complex context, where many companies have decided to stop producing locally or have substituted value in their production chain by imported products.” He added: “At ISI my goal will be to increase the range of products as well as to share my knowledge to improve products, production processes and QC”.
